- Goodness, trying to use find the right or correct hashtags. This was not easy. I did find a few apps with hashtags and pages. There was one on https://best-hashtags.com/ that was pretty cool. You put in the category or word and it will pull up hashtags to use. Since my Facebook/ Instagram is about customer service these are some of the hashtags that were recommended. I used basic #buildingteams #howcanIhelp #beingthebestme #customerservice
The hashtags I picked were more about my business motto and what the business is about. Customer Service and helping people. My first post was 2 days ago. My second post was at 6:30pm on 3/31/2023 and the third will be at 3:30pm on April 1, 2023. I am playing with different time frames to see what the response will be. What I have learned is to take time and think about the content to post and what it represents. Does it get likes or views? Is it interesting for someone to ask a question? Many different steps in learning social media for business
From Best-hastags.com - a few customer service hashtags.

Week 8 Part B: Your Instagram Hashtag Use
Thursday, March 16, 2023
Week 8 Part A: How to Expand Your Reach on Instagram by Using Hashtags
This is a great place to get more understanding of how to use hashtags. I have been using social media for a while and sometimes had no idea what would be a great hashtag to use to generate followers or even likes. I went through a few businesses to see how they used hashtags and if each post would be effective.
https://www.instagram.com/customerexperience.hq/
They have 1,520 followers. Not too bad for a Customer service trainer. As scroll through the post they are great in strategy, the post only generates about 15-16 likes when the post advertises the business they generate 20-30 likes and comments when the creator posts photos of herself and other people together (personal) the likes and comments jump to 30-45. Their customer service experience utilizes a lot of hashtags and just about every post uses the same ones. However, they are not as effective in generating loyal followers to like each post. There was one visual post that was recorded of Timi -the creator teaching, a more live-action divided between video and photo editing. It generated 52 likes. For them, this would be the direct approach to generating profit. One thing I notice is Timi, posts every 7 hours every day.
#CustomerExperienceHQ #CustomerRetentionTraining #CustomerFeedback #CustomerServiceTrainer #CustomerExperienceTraining #CustomerExperienceTransformation #WomenInIbadan #AccraBusiness #AccraBusinessOwners #LagosBusiness #WomenInPortHarcourt #PortHarcourtVendors #PortHarcourtBusiness #PortHarcourtBusinessWomen #PortHarcourtVendor #LagosVendors #AbujaVendors #LekkiBusiness #LekkiBusinessWomen #AbujaBusinesses #AbujaBusinessWomen #UyoVendors #IkejaBusiness #CalabarVendors #BeninVendors #IbadanVendors #AsabaVendors
https://www.instagram.com/customer_service_training/
They have a great page, consistent with photos and a color scheme. They seem to be out of London, advertising hospitality training. They are not short of likes with 30-85 likes when posting. After checking when they post, they have not since 2019. Currently, they have 565 followers. What I notice is they do have great post comments alone with adding one word in the. The company would comment on the same post with just the hashtag. I never thought about that before, which makes perfect sense. This way those hashtags are consistently used for an easier find. #hospitalitymanagement #constantlyimproving #positiveattitude #skillstraining #hospitality #thehospitalitytrainingcompany #customerservice #customerservice101
It was interesting there were not a lot of Customer Service training jobs. My interest is being hired to train agents/representatives on how to be better customer service experts. This is going to require a lot more research. However, with the hashtag, I notice that you have to be creative, and per the post may not be able to use the same ones. I also realize that turning your business name into a hashtag will help people locate you in a search, especially if you use customer service in the hashtag.

Week 7 Part B: How Other Businesses Use Instagram
I have always gone to many businesses on Instagram to see how they utilize Instagram for their business. Each page I've gone to is just a little different from the other. One of the pages I went to was https://www.instagram.com/vinnystyles1/ Its Barber Shop. They represent neighborhood friends and family. The pictures showcase the business and style of haircuts with a fair of personal family photos, It's inviting. Next, I took a journey over to https://www.instagram.com/tscollective/ They promote marketing and PR and Branding of celebrities from singers, models, and film, to sports. It's not about fashion it's about the branding of the individual artist. The artist is not just being promoted but is part of a promotion campaign for clothes, concerts, and shows. this company is small with 2,015 followers. This is more for marketing than actually being networks. I like this way of getting the word out by using various photos and posters to promote my business and what it stands for when I say " How can I help/. https://www.instagram.com/kanessat/ is the owner and creator, of https://www.instagram.com/tscollective/. Kanessa is the PR Manager of all the talent on her TScollection. I love the fact that she not only manages the celebrities but she also gives a spotlight to herself, with seminars, big event premiers, and on her page sharing a little of her life and family. Her page has 21.2K followers compared to her promotions page. I love her page, it always has vibrancy and never dull pictures.
https://www.instagram.com/tylerperrystudios/ Tyler Perry Studios which promotes all of Tyler Perrys' latest movies, and sitcoms have a following of 440K. What I like is the promotion of helping people get a job in the movie industry. The page always has to casting calls for auditions.

Week 6 Part A: Engaging Your Customers - Facebooks Strategy
8 businesses where I believe I can make Strategic
connections. Each one is different, like me.
All have a mindset of creativity and Connect Inside, an interchangeable connecting
circle that continues to grow and take shape. Each one of the pages has longevity, Perseverance; some of the pages are considered outdated because they were around 20-30 years ago; however, the fact they are on Facebook reminds us they were the innovators with current past images and current photos of where they are now. It's awesome. Whatever business we choose to embark on, take advantage of the marketing and social media available, be patient, and know that anything can be reinvented.

The Scene Dance Show (Detroit)
https://www.facebook.com/TheSceneDanceShow
This show is making a comeback in Detroit.
This show is the reason why I continue to strive to do something out of the
box. Many people don’t know that this
show was on in the mid-seventies in Detroit, and all the dancers were just local
people throughout Detroit. What people
don’t realize is Detroit not only grand for music, had some of the best dancers
locally. It was the owner Nat Morris who
took the local channel 62 and every night 6 pm was the hangout spoke for most
of us. It was the innovativeness of Nat
Morris who would bring in all of Detroit’s finest Singers and Dancers, such as
The Temptations, Frankie Beverly and Maze, The Pop lockers, and even groups
like Five Star (from England) The Jets and the list goes on. Along with taking Local talent, making them
huge local celebrities.
Kids Inc. Podcast
https://www.facebook.com/KidsIncPodcast
This show was different, allowing kids to sing the B-Bop of the
hit songs and having their own storyline, which included singing and dancing at
a local Kid Hot spot.
Quincy

His name is Quincy Taylor Brown. He was
named after his Godfather, the multi-talented Producer, Songwriter Quincy Jones. Quincy’s biological father is AL B Sure, and
his Stepfather (adopted father) is Sean Diddy Combs. Quincy is an independent artist and Entrepreneur. He is doing things on his terms, making his money through his own clothesline, writing and producing music under his own label,
Acting, and modeling. BET chose him as
an ambassador in 2019 for Black Excellence.
Quincy reaches out through his social media to let his followers know if he is
looking for people to work for him as models for a video, Graphic artists, idealists,
and creative inventors. He is one to
watch and get connected with.
Nasa
https://www.facebook.com/NASA
I love the dynamics of the pictures of the earth, out of space, and different
galaxies. The growth and magnitude of an
organization that thought of the possibilities and made them happen.
Tyler Perry
https://www.facebook.com/TylerPerry
Tyler Perry had a dream and, through his heartache and pain of being homeless,
did not let anything hinder or stop him from achieving his greatness. He even jokes as Madea in the plays that it
takes a strong man who wants to take care of his family, that would even stand
on stage in a dress. Perseverance.
