Week 6 Part A: Engaging Your Customers - Facebooks Strategy

8 businesses where I believe I can make Strategic connections. Each one is different, like me. All have a mindset of creativity and Connect Inside, an interchangeable connecting circle that continues to grow and take shape. Each one of the pages has longevity, Perseverance; some of the pages are considered outdated because they were around 20-30 years ago; however, the fact they are on Facebook reminds us they were the innovators with current past images and current photos of where they are now. It's awesome. Whatever business we choose to embark on, take advantage of the marketing and social media available, be patient, and know that anything can be reinvented.

Readers Digest
https://www.facebook.com/ReadersDigest

Informative about many different subjects I love their bio where it says, “A trusted friend in a complicated world. America's most trusted brand. We're all about being real, optimistic, authentic, inspiring, and actionable.”
Reader’s Digest is a place where real people submit stories and now videos of ideals and creativity to people who want to hear and see things differently.

Teaching social media

This page gives teachings through podcasts about social media, from sports media to how to get LinkedIn with customers.

PBS

PBS has been around for years, with great shows, from music to education. They also have over 350 local stations.

The Scene Dance Show (Detroit)
https://www.facebook.com/TheSceneDanceShow

This show is making a comeback in Detroit.  This show is the reason why I continue to strive to do something out of the box.  Many people don’t know that this show was on in the mid-seventies in Detroit, and all the dancers were just local people throughout Detroit.  What people don’t realize is Detroit not only grand for music, had some of the best dancers locally.  It was the owner Nat Morris who took the local channel 62 and every night 6 pm was the hangout spoke for most of us.  It was the innovativeness of Nat Morris who would bring in all of Detroit’s finest Singers and Dancers, such as The Temptations, Frankie Beverly and Maze, The Pop lockers, and even groups like Five Star (from England) The Jets and the list goes on.  Along with taking Local talent, making them huge local celebrities.

Kids Inc. Podcast
https://www.facebook.com/KidsIncPodcast

This show was different, allowing kids to sing the B-Bop of the hit songs and having their own storyline, which included singing and dancing at a local Kid Hot spot.

Quincy
https://www.facebook.com/Quincy/following

His name is Quincy Taylor Brown. He was named after his Godfather, the multi-talented Producer, Songwriter Quincy Jones. Quincy’s biological father is AL B Sure, and his Stepfather (adopted father) is Sean Diddy Combs.  Quincy is an independent artist and Entrepreneur. He is doing things on his terms, making his money through his own clothesline, writing and producing music under his own label, Acting, and modeling. BET chose him as an ambassador in 2019 for Black Excellence.
Quincy reaches out through his social media to let his followers know if he is looking for people to work for him as models for a video, Graphic artists, idealists, and creative inventors. He is one to watch and get connected with.

Nasa
https://www.facebook.com/NASA

I love the dynamics of the pictures of the earth, out of space, and different galaxies.  The growth and magnitude of an organization that thought of the possibilities and made them happen.

Tyler Perry
https://www.facebook.com/TylerPerry

Tyler Perry had a dream and, through his heartache and pain of being homeless, did not let anything hinder or stop him from achieving his greatness.   He even jokes as Madea in the plays that it takes a strong man who wants to take care of his family, that would even stand on stage in a dress.  Perseverance.
