The tools that I would use would be Twitter, Facebook, and
a website. The reason for Twitter, even though I can't stand using it. It
is the quickest way to get followers and people who will respond with questions
or comments. I would create a website that would be in detail about
what my business was about. Multiple pages, with Who are we? How to
contact you? Survey (if my business is right for them) Sign up for the
latest details even though emailers are not my thing) I do see the purpose in
them. Then I would duplicate my Facebook page to connect with the
website.
I visited https://csit155-sp23dustinw.blogspot.com/ one of the platforms
they would use was Linked
In as they mention, to connect with people who have sports equipment. Dustin
also said that they would use Yelp or Google reviews. This would help get
the word out about my business and let others see what current or past
customers are saying about the business. Dustin does have a great Ideal to use
Google reviews however I would use it once the business or product has taken
off.

Choose to purchase from businesses. They don't like technology. There are parts
of me that agree as well.
I believe each tool can be used. It will be trial and error. What I might not think about using such as Yelp or Google Reviews, may be a great tool for being a Trainor for customer service representatives
